'Jukebox Hero', 'Waiting For A Girl Like You', 'Urgent', 'Cold As Ice' or 'I Want To Know What Love Is': no classic rock station could do without these classics, that's for sure. Over the years, Mick Jones and his companions have recorded an awesome bunch of AOR classics - without living in the past! Their more than impressive appearance at the BANG YOUR HEAD!!! fest 2006 was a living proof that FOREIGNER - along with Lou Gramm successor Kelly Hansen - still know how to rock. In spite of the fact, that the audience was packed with noise loving metalheads, they took the audience by storm. Since then, they've been on top of our and our visitors' wish list for the ROCK OF AGES headlining slot. In 2010, it will finally happen: FOREIGNER will be part of our fifth birthday party lineup and join us at Seebronn!

Besides KROKUS, GOTTHARD is without the doubt the most reknowned and successful melodic Hardrock act ever that emerged from small Switzerland. In their home country each and every single album they've released after their self-titled debut went straight to the pole position of the national album sale charts. After their appearance at ROA 2006 and a very successful headlining tour (supported by EUROPE), we're glad and proud to announce that GOTTHARD will join us once again - as second headlining act besides FOREIGNER! So far, it's the only show the band confirmed at Germany in 2010. Don't miss it!

SUZI QUATRO

Tracks like 'Can The Can' or '48 Crash' are essentiels for every 70ies and Glam Rock party - and that's just two of many smash hits Suzi Quatro is known and loved for. Being one of the first and few female musicians making her way in the man's world of Rock business, her general attitude and her outstanding stage performances made her an icon and an idol and role model for upcoming generations of female rockers. In spite of some acting roles here and there, she always stayed true to what she loves most: playing and peforming on stage!

GOLDEN EARRING

Founded in 1961 in The Hague as THE TORNADOS, GOLDEN EARRING are not just the one of the most popular and successful acts hailing fromt he Netherlands, but as a matter of fact the oldest still performing rockband in the world. After scoring first hits like the BYRDS-Coverversion 'Eight Miles High', 'Back Home' or 'Buddy Joe', the release of 'Radar Love' marked the band's final worldwide breakthrough back in 1973. Other international chartbreakers like 'Twilight Zone' or 'When The Lady Smiled' followed. Loved by fans for their great live performances, we're proud and glad to welcome this Dutch legend at the ROCK OF AGES 2010! So far, it's the only show this year scheduled at Germany...

RUSS BALLARD

Even if you may not know his name, you definitely know his music: As a songwriter, the former ARGENT-guitarist Russ Ballard inked hits for artists like KISS ('God Gave Rock'n'Roll To You'), RAINBOW ('Since You Been Gone'), AMERICA ('You Can Do Magic') or even HOT CHOCOLATE ('So You Win Again'). Yet he's a reknowned solo artist, too, and released great and critically acclaimed albums like 'Barnet Dogs' or 'The Fire Still Burns' and should be known to each classic radio listener with tracks like 'Voices', 'On The Rebound' or 'Two Silhouettes'.

Two decades have passed since AXXIS hit the scene with their debut 'Kingdom Of The Night', which turned out to become the best selling debut album of a German Hard Rock band ever. This crazy bunch from Denmark, once known under the monicker DISNEYLAND AFTER DARK, is well known for its great and wild live performances.
